ChatGPTにリストの様式を整えてもらう
ILO事業の実施報告書には、活動を羅列する項目がある。その整理を手作業で部下に依頼すると確認に時間を要するため、自分でやることが多い。ただ、極めて膨大な単純作業となり、これまでは半日を要する作業だった。この作業をChatGPTにお願いすることで、ミスすることなく数分で実現する。
私の管理する事業では、リンク集を作成している。事業の活動、刊行物、写真、メディア掲載実績などを広報担当が機械的にアップロードして蓄積していく。内部情報をうまく管理できない組織にあって、ウェブサイトにアップロードしてグーグルで探してもらうのがナレッジマネジメント上は最適との結論に達したためである。

活動履歴のモニタリングツールとして、これとは別にエクセル表で日付と会合のタイトルを管理している。その形式は以下の通り。

エクセル表からテキスト形式でコピーペーストすると、行間が不自然に開いていたり、日付が日月年の順に並んでいる。事業報告書の様式にこれを書き換える必要がある。
