インドネシア版ハローワーク訪問

インドネシア版ハローワーク。日本のハローワークをモデルとしている。日本との違いは、オンラインプラットフォームを先に整備し、徐々に物理的なオフィスを整備している。

全国にオフィスはまだ少なく、本部併設のこちらの事務所も週に10-15人程しか訪れる人はいない。

日本は数年前にオンラインをスタートしたばかりなので、オンラインプラットフォームの扱いはインドネシアの方が得意かもしれない。PASKER ID（インドネシア版ハローワーク）の事務所にはほとんど紙は無い。一方、こちらのマネージャーがハローワークを視察した時には、書類の多さに驚いたという。

オンラインから整備を始めた国はおそらくインドネシアが初なのではないだろうか。
